Skyline eVTOL is a very high performance 1 passenger eVTOL personal air
vehicle. Capable of cruising up to 250 kts, and easily 150 kts in urban
environments. This aircraft is tailor made for the electric flight market.
In FAR 103 Ultralight, limited to 55 mph air speed and maximum 254 LBS empty
weight (without pilot, BRS, or Energy Source).
Skyline eVTOL is so high performance it could even do barrel rolls and back flips.
But we would strongly recommend to not eat lunch beforehand if the operator
decides to go aerobatic.
Controls for this aircraft are meant to be autonomous, so the
pilot does not need to fly it manually. Just select the destination and it
will plot the flight path. Any number of combinations and methodologies can be
used; which are similar to commercial rc drones. But the pilot can also
fly the aircraft manually via stick mounted on the right arm rest.
The airframe is constructed of fireproof composite resistant up to 2,500F and
very strong. This aircraft, the airframe itself is also multi layer
chambered, to produce an even stronger airframe which adds an added benefit of
structural resistance from hard landings and able to float in case of
catastrophic failure over water.
Rotor's are able to deliver up to 1,300 LBS of static thrust at take off and a
maximum take off weight of 1,100 LBS, this aircraft will take off easily and the
rotors can spin up further to produce up to 1,500 LBS thrust then cycle
down during forward flight. The rotors are not props, but variable pitch 7 blade
rotors with IO Aircraft QUIET TECH© built in. So these
rotors are quiet.
As with anyone concerned about flight, the safety features are immense.

If there is a motor failure, each nacelle has 2 motors, so
the other motor will take up the load of the failed motor providing several
minutes to land safely..

If failure occurs over water, this aircraft floats, since the
airframe is built as a composite ultra strong chambered airframe.

If catastrophic failure occurs, it is also equipped a BRS
(Ballistic Recovery System), which can deploy deploy and the entire aircraft
will come down safely.
Overall, every contingency is designed into this aircraft.
